Prices include VAT and delivery charges.

Orders will be despatched within 3 to 5 days upon receipt of order. Occasionally stocks might be low on certain items. You will be informed of any delays immediately.

Changes to orders or cancellations must be made before goods are despatched.  Refunds will be made in full if cancelled 24 hours before the goods are due to leave our yard.

Deliveries are made on tail lift offload vehicles, with manually operated pump trucks placing the pallet to as near to your property as is deemed safe. Delivery can only be made if there is suitable access and a flat level surface, free of gravel and uneven paving etc. Un-delivered orders will incur re-delivery costs if due to poor access.

Returns Policy

Refunds may be given subject to haulage costs to and from the destination.
