This natural welsh slate, which is blue / grey in appearance, can be used for paths and general landscaping projects.
Blue slate can also provide a strong contrast for any garden planting scheme and is particularly effective when used around borders.
Our blue slate chippings are sourced from welsh quarries which predominantly produce roofing tiles. Material left over from this industry is crushed down to make the decorative products available at Stone Warehouse. As the slate is a natural product please be aware that the material may sometimes vary slightly in colour or contain random plum or green pieces.
All our slates are available for delivery in bulk bags or the easier to move small bags containing approximately 20kgs. If you require bulk quantities, please call us for a quotation. We also have different sizes available, the smaller Blue slate 20mm or the larger 50-100mm Paddlestones (tumbled for a smoother finish).
