Yes, the prices shown include both VAT and delivery.
Can I request a delivery time?
Deliveries can be done as a book in service - the haulier will then contact you to discuss day and time which suits you both. It is possible to have a timed or a.m./p.m. delivery, but additional charges will apply. Please contact us on 0844 800 4267 for further details.
What if I am not there to receive the goods?
You can arrange for a neighbour or someone else to accept the goods and sign on your behalf. However, this must be put in writing before your order is dispatched.
