Orders will be delivered within 2-3 working days upon receipt of order, orders received before 1pm will be delivered within 2 working days. Occasionally stocks might be low on certain items. You will be informed of any delays immediately.

Changes to orders or cancellations must be made before goods are despatched.  Refunds will be made in full if cancelled 24 hours before the goods are due to leave our yard.

Deliveries are made on tail lift offload vehicles (not crane offload), with manually operated pump trucks placing the pallet to as near to your property as is deemed safe. Delivery can only be made if there is suitable access and a flat level surface, free of gravel and uneven paving etc.   The driver will leave your pallet as near to where you require it regarding the access is deemed safe and suitable. If ground is unsuitable, pallets may be left on the roadside/kerbside at the drivers discretion. Un-delivered orders will incur re-delivery costs if due to poor access. See below.

Please note that goods are usually despatched the same day the order is received.

Returns Policy

Refunds may be given subject to haulage costs to and from the destination.

*IF PALLETS ARE RETURNED DUE TO UNSUITABLE ACCESS or YOU MAY HAVE ORDERED THE INCORRECT MATERIAL.
If a pallet has to be returned to us due to an inability to deliver, a return delivery and re-stocking charge of £60.00 per pallet will be charged plus the original delivery charge to you of £50.
