All our products are naturally sourced, and we cannot guarantee the appearance or colours of products shown on this website, will exactly match the appearance or colours of the products themselves. Prices include VAT and delivery charges.
Orders will be delivered within 2-3 working days upon receipt of order, orders received before 1pm will be delivered within 2 working days. Occasionally stocks might be low on certain items. You will be informed of any delays immediately.
Changes to orders or cancellations must be made before goods are despatched. Refunds will be made in full if cancelled 24 hours before the goods are due to leave our yard.
Deliveries are made on tail lift offload vehicles (not crane offload), with manually operated pump trucks placing the pallet as near to your property as is deemed safe. Delivery can only be made if there is suitable access and a flat level surface, free of gravel and uneven paving etc. The driver will leave your pallet as near to where you require it regarding the access is deemed safe and suitable. If ground is unsuitable, pallets may be left on the roadside/kerbside at the drivers discretion. Un-delivered orders will incur re-delivery costs if due to poor access. See below.
Please note that goods are usually despatched the same day the order is received.
Stonewarehouse will make every effort to deliver products on the agreed date, but if for any reason the company is unable to deliver then no liability will fall to the company either in damages or delays.
The Company will not accept any liability for damage to property caused during delivery, and the customer must agree that their driveway can withstand the weight of at least 1 tonne (1,000kgs).
Returns Policy
Refunds may be given subject to haulage costs to and from the destination.
What happens if pallets are returned due to unsuitable access, or I've ordered the incorrect material?
In these circumstances, a return delivery and re-stocking charge of £85.00 per pallet/Bulk Bag will be charged.
