We aim to deliver all orders within 2-3 working days from receipt of order (Most orders placed before 1pm will be delivered in 2 working days).  Any NEXT DAY deliveries need to be placed before 1pm Monday to Thursday.  Next Day deliveries placed on a Friday before 1pm will be delivered the following Monday (excluding Bank Holidays - then the delivery will be on the Tuesday).

All our deliveries are subcontracted out via palletised carrier companies. It is your responsibility to advise us of any delivery restrictions you may have prior to the goods being despatched, along with your full delivery address including postcode and contact telephone number.

The following check list is provided to ensure that delivery is achieved in the easiest and safest manner for all concerned.

 Check that your access is suitable; this does not just mean your drive but the road approaching your property?

  1. Can a refuse truck gain access to your property?
  2. Is the allocated drop off point for the goods on a flat level surface, free of gravel and uneven paving etc? Pallet trucks cannot deliver up or down inclines.
  3. You, or a designated individual, must be available to sign for the goods, with a contact telephone supplied if different to your own.
  4. Have I given the correct postal address, including Postcode and contact telephone number?
  5. Are there any low hanging branches?  The high sides of the vehicle may not be able to get under these, so please check.

It is advisable to view our delivery video above which should provide you with an indication of the nominal size and type of vehicle used for delivery. Please note that if you do have delivery restrictions we are usually able to make special arrangements to accommodate them, but it is critical that you provide us with as much information as possible.  Smaller 7.5 tonne vehicles can be arranged if the usual size of delivery vehicle is too large.

We aim to deliver all goods within 72 hours of receipt of order.  However we cannot be accountable for late deliveries as a result of factors outside our control, such as increased traffic during seasonal holidays, severe weather conditions and breakdown of delivery vehicles.  Deliveries are made between 8.30 a.m and 6.00 p.m week days and 8.00 a.m to 12 mid-day Saturday mornings (extra charge incurred) occasionally Saturday Deliveries are delayed but should be with you before 2pm. 

If you require your order delivering within a specific time-frame, we can upgrade your delivery service at a small additional cost, and can usually stipulate a morning or afternoon or next day service.

Next Day delivery service can be arranged at an additional charge of £10-20 depending on postcode. ORDERS MUST BE RECEIVED BEFORE 1PM. ANY ORDER RECEIVED AFTER THIS DEADLINE WILL BE DELIVERED ON THE DAY AFTER.

Timed delivery can be arranged at an extra charge of £25.

Saturday Morning delivery is an extra £40, this means that orders will be delivered the following Saturday after the order is placed (if ordered before 1pm), between the hours of 8.00 a.m. to 12 mid-day, Please be aware that occasionally Saturday morning deliveries are delayed but should be with you before 2pm at the latest.

Please note that if the driver considers your access unsuitable for what ever reason he is well within his rights to refuse to unload the pallet or alternatively unload it as near as possible to the required destination, which may well be at the side of the road. Charges will be incurred if you have unsuitable access, see Terms and Conditions for more information.

If, when the driver delivers, he cannot obtain a signature, the delivery may be returned for delivery at a later date.  Further charges of at least £18 per pallet may be incurred if this happens.
