How We Supported a Multi-Award-Winning RHS Show Garden

The inaugural RHS Sandringham Flower Show took place between 22^nd and 26^th July 2026 and immediately cemented itself as a future staple of the RHS calendar for years to come.

Located at the fabulous royal family-owned Sandringham estate in Norfolk and attended by the King and Queen themselves, the event showcased the best in class of gardening, landscaping and outdoor living through a variety of outstanding Long Borders, Grow Forward gardens, Community Cubes, and of course, Show Gardens.

One Show Garden in particular was close to our hearts...

The Mindful Chef’s Gathering, designed by Sophie Godber, built by High Peak Garden Construction with Michael Robinson, Nice Ponds and Peak Boxes, and sponsored by Mindful Chef, was a multi-award-winning RHS Show Garden we were proud to support.

Yes, you read that correctly: we said multi-award-winning. This Show Garden was awarded the following at RHS Sandringham 2026:

An RHS Show Garden Inspired by Nature, Community and Biodiversity

Show gardens are always a fantastic way of demonstrating how carefully selected landscaping materials can help transform creative concepts into beautiful, functional outdoor spaces.

We supplied a range of our natural aggregates, pebbles and boulders to Nice Ponds, one of the amazing builders of Sophie Godber's multi-award-winning 'Mindful Chef's Gathering'.

The 'Mindful Chef's Gathering' Show Garden celebrated the beauty of traditional English and Welsh orchards – an estimated 90% of which have been lost since the 1950s. Sophie’s design also focused on promoting sustainable living, biodiversity and the importance of reconnecting with nature.

Reimagining an orchard as a welcoming space where people can gather, grow food and enjoy the outdoors, this Show Garden included productive planting alongside wildlife-friendly habitats, creating a landscape to benefit both people and nature.

At the heart of the design was a naturalistic pond surrounded by fruit trees, native planting and edible crops, demonstrating how gardens can support biodiversity while providing peaceful spaces for relaxation and social connection.

The combination of rounded gravels, decorative pebbles and statement boulders provided a natural finish that enhanced the pond while reflecting the character of the Show Garden.
