STONE WAREHOUSE ON TV!
We do love to see Stone Warehouse on TV and television companies do often contact us looking to feature our stone which is always very exciting (and flattering)! Due to the large range of products we supply, we normally have something to fit their requirements!
ITV’s Love Your Garden
We are the preferred supplier to ITV’s Love Your Garden and our most recent television appearance was on this show. We featured in FIVE different episodes in 2021 which are shown below.
This episode aired on the 20th July 2021 and featured our Goldpath Self-Binding Gravel
The team headed to Chippenham in Wiltshire to create a traditional formal garden. The inspirational couple were Richard and Lynette Warren. Richard has been a serving Special Constable for 52 years who dedicates his spare time to running marathons to raise money for charity. Alongside this he cares for his wife Lynette, who has multiple sclerosis.
This episode aired on the 24th August and featured our Oyster Pebbles 10mm
The episode was called the Cottage Garden and our Oyster Pebbles 10mm played a starring role as created the winding central pathway through the garden. Apparently the cottage garden style is Britain’s favourite garden style.
The garden was created for a very deserving and overworked nurse called Pat.
We also featured on an episode that aired on Tuesday 10th March 2020 featured our large glacial boulders, Scottish boulders 300-600mm and Scottish Cobbles 40-90.
These were used to create a child friendly seaside garden for a very deserving family in Surrey. The garden was designed for mum, Kirsty, and her 3 year old twins Phoebe and Sam.
Phoebe and her mum both have Stickler Syndrome which means that Phoebe suffers deafness and has difficulty with her eyesight alongside other complications. The family also suffered a tragic loss with the sudden death of dad, Kevin, last January.
The twins love being outside however their previous garden wasn’t a safe environment for them. Therefore the Love Your Garden team wanted to give Kirsty and her family a space to be happy, relaxed and care-free.
The garden had to have a sensory aspect to it, to allow for Phoebe’s special needs and they needed a place for her and Sam to develop and explore together.
Our Stone was used to give the garden a coastal feel and surrounded a Treasure Island style feature at the bottom of the garden. This helps the family enjoy fun-filled family seaside outings in the comfort of their own backyard.
We have featured a few times on ITV’s Love Your Garden, each time they have requested different products from us. These include our Scottish Boulders, Cobbles and Pebbles as well as Dove Grey Cobbles and Pebbles. Also our self-binding Goldpath Gravel and small Ice Blue 3-8mm chippings were showcased.
Our Scottish Boulders and Pebbles featured on a special episode celebrating 70 years of the NHS. Creating a garden for the Manchester Children’s Hospital was their biggest project yet!

Additionally, due to supplying our products into gardens at various flower shows, we have had coverage on the BBC. This has been on both Gardeners’ World and bespoke programmes the BBC have created dedicated to RHS Chelsea and RHS Chatsworth Flower Shows.
Gardeners’ World
Being regularly involved in flower shows means that Stone Warehouse is often on TV this way too. Gardeners’ World Episode 10 features our Duck Egg Pebbles and Cotswold Chippings. This episode they discusses the ‘Green Living Space’ gardens at RHS Malvern and showcases our stone in both The Defiance Garden designed by Sara Edwards and Khaya : Home Garden designed by Stacey Bright.

BBC’s RHS Chelsea Flower Show
We provided our Duck Egg Pebbles, Duck Egg Cobbles and Nordic Mixed Quartz into the Montessori Centenary Children’s Garden at Chelsea Flower Show. This garden was designed by Jody Lidgard and built by Bespoke Outdoor Spaces. Jody received a Gold Medal and the garden had a lot of coverage over the course of the 16 episodes the BBC created.
We also supplied our products into The Manchester Garden designed by Exterior Architecture and built by Stewart’s Landscape and Construction. This garden features our Ice Blue Pebbles which were showcased beautifully on several episodes of the BBC’s RHS Chelsea Flower Show.
BBC’s RHS Chatsworth Flower Show
Our Goldpath self-binding gravel was used in the multi-award winning Wedgwood Garden at RHS Chatsworth Flower Show. This garden was designed by Jamie Butterworth and won several awards which include Gold, Best in Show, Best Construction and People’s Choice Award.
The BBC have created a program covering the RHS Chatsworth Flower Show in which there is a feature on Jamie’s garden. Some fantastic shots of the garden showcase our Goldpath spectacularly.
This Morning
In March we were on ITV’s This Morning! Phil and Holly organised a garden makeover. This was a surprise mother’s day present for deserving mum of 3 Rachel. Unfortunately her husband Kevin has cerebral palsy and was diagnosed with cancer last year. Rachel has been the family’s rock and her mum Gaynor nominated her for this surprise on behalf of the children. We donated our Black Ice chippings to help transform her garden.
We asked This Morning why they had chosen us to supply the stone and were told that they liked our name! They also noticed we were the top listing on a lot of google searches.
Grand Designs
Grand Designs is a series that follows individuals with interesting architectural home building projects. In a 2018 episode the homeowner was keen to use our Dove Grey Pebbles which isn’t a surprise as grey is currently a very popular colour in landscape designs.
George Clarke’s Old House New Home
Owing to this current trend for using grey products our Black Basalt 10mm Chippings (which are charcoal grey when dry) were recently chosen to feature on George Clarke’s Old House new home.

Shrez and Tom who featured on Episode 2 of series 3 contacted us directly. They chose us to supply as loved our products and found the site easy to use!
With our huge range of products we hope our stone will continue to be showcased and look forward to the next time Stone Warehouse is on TV.
