Horticultural Grit 2-6mm

A must have for all gardeners, Horticultural Grit is an angular quartzite stone containing a range of colours including maroon, white, brown and pink and it is ideal for mixing with soil to improve drainage.  Ideal for pot decoration or for growing cacti and alpines where drier conditions are required. Despite its main uses it is an attractive gravel both when wet and dry so it can also be used for decorative purposes including landscaping, rockeries, water features and ponds. This product is Fish Friendly

Horticultural Grit 2-6mm

Applications: Gardens, green houses, plant pot drainage (when mixed with soil), decorative landscaping, water features, pots and containers and ponds.

Actual Sizing: Graded between 2-6mm

Colour: A mixture of maroon, brown, shades of cream, white and pink

Shape: Mixture of both rounded pebbles and gravel with smaller pieces increasingly angular in shape

    Trent Pea Gravel 6mm (Hazel)

    Trent Pea Gravel 6mm is a mix of brown, pale pinks, white, yellow and buff stones that are a popular choice for a natural looking finish. The 6mm size is predominantly used for pebble dashing but can also be used as a filler between paving stones and for borders. It is a fish friendly material and when wet the rich colours really come out for an attractive finish in water features and ponds. The photographs show the product wet and dry.     Staffordshire Pink Gravel 14mm

    A natural quartzite gravel containing a mix of both angular chippings and rounded pebbles with a blend of pink and brown shades that deepen in colour when wet. Staffordshire Pink is popular for decorative garden borders, paths and rockeries and as a fish friendly product it can be used in water features and ponds. It can be used for drives but the rounded pieces may move around a little more than an angular gravel. Our photographs show the product wet and dry.
