PLEASE NOTE: Our Plum Slate products are a TRUE Welsh Slate material which may differ in colour to plum slates purchased from other retailers who may source their stone from elsewhere.
Currently, our Plum and blue Slate products may have some similar colour tones due to the quarry seam that is being mined at present
Delivery information
We aim to deliver all orders within 2-3 working days from receipt of order (Most orders placed before 1pm will be delivered in 2 working days).
Any Next Day deliveries need to be placed before 1pm Monday to Thursday.
Next Day deliveries placed on a Friday before 1pm will be delivered the following Monday excluding Bank Holidays - then the delivery will be on the Tuesday)

Also known as Black Slate or Graphite Grey Slate, this attractive Charcoal Slate Rockery stone has become a popular choice with landscapers and gardeners. The flat, angular pieces can be used in rockeries, decorative walling and gabion baskets and as a fish friendly product it can also be used in water features, ponds and aquatics. It is grey in colour when dry and almost black when wet. A full crate contains approx. 70 pieces and a half crate approx. 35 pieces of irregular shaped stones sized around 250mm width. These beautiful angular hand-picked pieces of Green Slate Rockery are a subtle green colour that darkens when wet with occasional brownish red faced pieces. With flat surfaces and angular edges they are ideal for rockeries, raised beds, walling or as gabion basket filler and as a fish friendly material they can also be used for water features and ponds. Each piece width is sized approx. 250mm but as a naturally quarried product it can vary in size, shape and colour. Available in tonne crates containing approx. 70 pieces and half crates of approx. 35 pieces.
