Featuring an irregular, angular shape with a sawn base, Slate Monolith M2 is an eye-catching feature stone, perfect for any garden project or landscaping scheme.
Measuring around 1180mm in length, 640mm wide and 830mm high, and weighing around 700kg, this impressive Charcoal Slate Monolith appears paler when dry with layered shades of rusty orange, as pictured, darkening when wet.
Suitable for a variety of projects, including a garden stone rockery, ornamental water features, or fishpond. Can be used to represent an island of Japan in a Japanese style garden, surrounded by finely graded gravel, raked into lines and swirls for the sea or as a boundary marker stone, or to restrict access to a public footpath or private road.

Applications: Used as a boundary marker, to restrict access to a public footpath or private road, as an island stone in a Japanese garden, surrounded by raked, finely graded gravel to represent the sea. In an ornamental water feature, fishpond or pondless waterfall, or as part of a garden stone rockery.

Colour: Appearing paler when dry, deepened in colour when wet with visible layers of rusty orange from the iron running through the slate.

Supply: The delivery driver will be unable to place this large and heavy stone for you. Consignments arrive by HGV and offloaded using tail lift, NOT a crane, and rolled along the ground with a pump truck, so please ensure you have the means to move a stone of this size safely, wearing protective clothing.
Delivery Information
We aim to deliver all orders within 2-3 working days from receipt of order (Most orders placed before 1pm will be delivered in 2 working days).
Any Next Day deliveries need to be placed before 1pm Monday to Thursday.
Next Day deliveries placed on a Friday before 1pm will be delivered the following Monday
(Excluding Bank Holidays - then the delivery will be on the Tuesday)
