Appearing a pale grey when dry, the depth of colour in the Lakeland Blue Slate Paddlestones comes out when wet, making for an eye-catching addition to any ornamental water feature or fishpond.

Graded between 50-150mm, these irregular, angular pieces help to create a more natural finish, combined with their rougher surface texture, perfect for a garden stone rockery, used to finish a lawn border or as a topping material for plant pots and raised flower beds.

Colour: A bluish grey with occasional veins of white calcite that appears much deeper in colour when wet.

Material: 450 million year old, Silurian period, Cumbrian Slate.
